四川冷吃兔
材料:鲜兔肉250克,姜,大葱,料酒,辣椒,酱油,糖,醋,味精适量 D([ w-](G!]$B7m.c
做法:

1.先把兔子肉去骨切成2厘米见方的丁;

2.然后码上一点盐和料酒。再把姜切片,大葱切段,码到兔子肉里;4m*{?WJ'E
3.码好以后静置20-30分钟。然后把干辣椒剪成2厘米长的辣椒桶。要吃辣点就多剪点。2S.N{TKQ
4.20分钟后把兔子肉里的姜片和葱段挑出来。(L:{]4Md%L
5.放油进锅子里,油辣了放八角大料进去呛锅,油要多放些,能没过兔子肉最好。下兔肉进去。翻几下,不让肉沾锅。G8HJ(Mnc
往里放酱油把刚才挑出来的姜片葱段下锅翻两下。
