1、给萝卜挖洞制成炖盅时,小心别挖穿萝卜盅的底部,否则灌入蜂蜜时会出现渗漏情况。

2、装萝卜盅的盘子要深一点,因为清蒸过程中,白萝卜会大量出水,变成清香甜美的汤汁。f}aOk
3、由于要清蒸一小时,要不时往锅底添入适量开水,避免锅内的水烧干和烧坏锅。-c ulNP6?O8f&UC
4、往萝卜盅内灌入蜂蜜时,倒至八分满即可,白萝卜清蒸时会出水,灌太满蜂蜜易溢出来。mg#y]ejc
