为此都苦恼好长时间了，都不知道为什么，有时候长有时候短~

这种事情，一般多练习练习就好了，不用紧张的

受教了谢谢楼主的经验，其实这种事情因人而异大家还是看各自的情况自己调理，我感觉真正的早泄应该很少，大多数人应该是心里或外在的因素影响而造成的

看来看去还是感觉加强身体锻炼才是正途，俯卧撑、仰卧起坐、深蹲、长跑、跳绳都是很简单的运动，坚持下去的话效果肯定不简单。
