双皮奶是广东特色的甜品,起源于广东顺德,味道香甜;但是做法比较讲究,我这里就发一个自己弄的,不算成功的自家做法。

步骤1:把一碗牛奶倒入小锅里,煮熟

步骤2:拿出一个鸡蛋

煮熟的牛奶和蛋清F2V,ZFhyg

步骤3:把煮熟的牛奶倒入碗中,把碗放入冷水中冷却,让牛奶表面结一层膜,这就是第一层的奶皮4_

步骤4:待奶皮结成后,在皮上捅个小洞,缓慢的把牛奶从碗中倒入装有蛋清的碗里,记得千万不要弄破皮(这是难度最高的动作)8j6BG5T/P"~o_r$|

步骤5:搅拌蛋清和牛奶,使其搅匀,倒入一至两勺的白糖&@aWV?.{Fu

步骤6:把搅拌好的牛奶蛋清,沿碗边缓缓倒回有奶皮的碗中,让奶皮浮于表面(高难度动作2)
