食材:草鱼一条,番茄,黄瓜,大葱,大蒜,老姜,黄豆芽,豆腐。。。将草鱼破开两半开花刀,加料酒,盐腌制一会儿,然后均匀抹上芡粉,用热油泼一下,备用!将锅里倒油,放入少许香料和干花椒干海椒,少许豆瓣炒香然后 加大蒜,老姜 倒入番茄炒至成汁儿,加少许醋,然后加入适量清水,(网上学的:弄一小碗泡菜坛的酸水加到里面)同煮一会儿,然后加入盐味精,将泼过油的草鱼放入煮至八成熟后放入各种配菜番茄,黄瓜,大葱,豆腐,黄豆芽,煮至全熟就将砂锅端上桌就沙锅!!!
