羊肉萝卜水饺&三味春卷[22P]

1、一把花椒用开水泡一下,待凉备用。(不要煮哦,只要泡就可以了)

2、羊肉洗净剁成馅。

3、萝卜只要半根,切成丝,焯水,稍微挤一下再剁成细丁。

4、把羊肉馅和萝卜馅放一起,放入两茶勺盐、一茶勺糖、一瓷勺老抽、一瓷勺生抽、适量味精、多放点个葱姜末、两瓷勺泡开的花椒水、适量色拉油、少许十三香拌匀备用。

这次饺子是我自己擀的皮,没有出去买现成的皮,感觉外面现成的皮没有自己擀的好吃。

1、盆里放入一斤多一点面粉倒入适量水,拌匀开始和面。(要冷水和面,还有水不要一下子加太多,加点和点。)xm4g!d

2、等面团和劲道表面光滑后,盖上盖子放着醒15分钟。

3、面团醒好后再和个五分钟左右就可以开始擀皮子了。

4、揪一块面团搓成擀面棒粗细的长条,切成一厘米左右的圆块,两面沾面粉后压扁,擀成饺子皮就可以开始包饺子了。

饺子以前是北方人的主食,现在全国各地多在做饺子,也多是很喜欢吃的,就是过年的时候各地做的年夜饭不一样,南方的很多多是做小吃的。特别是像福建啊。小吃名省啊。
