辣子竹笋
做法:

1.竹笋洗净,改刀后,在开水锅内焯去涩味后,捞出。(我们这里有卖已经煮掉涩味的真空包装的竹笋,就省去了这道工序了)

2。起油锅,下干辣椒炒香,续放花椒,葱姜蒜末略炒,放入竹笋炒匀,加入盐,稍许砂糖调味,然后勾薄芡,起锅装盘即可。q0U?T
