一、腌制鸡肉。为了让鸡肉更入味,我先处理鸡肉了。把鸡肉逆着纹理切成长条的薄片就OK了。然后加入少许白酒,盐,糖,五香粉,,鸡精,,这是我加的东西,你也可以根据个人喜好加入调料,然后搅拌均匀,放在一边就可以了。z-jd V7T.cT7r
