鲅鱼馅饺子
第一步,当然是收拾鱼~~~~~~之后,像这样把鱼肉片下来~~~从鱼尾下刀~~~

尽量贴近鱼骨~~~~~又不要带下来鱼刺,片了一面的样子~~~~

用小勺子,将鱼皮鱼刺上的肉,刮下来~~~~~~~~今天3条小一点的鲅鱼~~~一共剔下来这么多肉~~~~~注意鱼皮不要,否则,馅儿色泽不好~~~~~也尽量把大小刺都剔除~~~~为了口感,费点事儿就费点事儿吧!

要搅鱼肉了~~~~~酱肉放进搅拌器(搅肉器)~~~~看旁边的水瓶,边搅边往肉里加水,少量多次,最后,那么多水几乎都加到馅里了~~~~~~这样才嫩!!! "wxA%@.n/oZ&rL
没有搅拌器的TX,可以先将肉剁一下,剁细后,放在一个大点的盆儿里~~~~~用筷子顺着一个方向搅拌~~~~~少量多次加水~~~~~放心,一样可以做得很好吃~~就是有点累~~~~~
