天气终于凉快了,吃了一夏天的麻酱面,西红柿面,也该换换口味了,想吃三鲜打卤面了,可准备打卤面的用料和工序很费时,一般要到周末才有心情做给家人吃。

剥出虾仁取虾线的同时要从背部划开,这样熟了就是虾球了,样子会很好看的。
