香甜软糯的南瓜糯米饼
公公出差带回几个小南瓜,这种小南瓜应该用来做菜的,可是我们家对南瓜做的菜不是特别喜欢,于是应了我们家小美食家的要求做了南瓜糯米饼。南瓜糯米饼需要的材料很简单,糯米粉、豆沙、南瓜、白糖、植物油。糯米粉我转悠了好几个摊子一直买不到,后来还是让我妈妈在苏安买到了。N(N3ZE Qc|rB

1.南瓜去皮隔水蒸烂,再让儿子帮忙把南瓜捣烂成泥。S2]:y{#L`

2.然后加入糯米粉和少许白糖开始揉面团,因为南瓜含的水分比较多,所以加入糯米粉的量要看揉面团的情况,揉到面团不粘手不粘盆就是最合适的时候。把面团切成相等的面剂,包入豆沙馅(或莲蓉馅),再制成带有花边的面胚。

3.平底锅放入适量的植物油,用微火把南瓜饼煎成两面金黄色,见鼓起即熟透,起锅装盘即可。
