豆腐.先用盐水泡一下&w5Z ZS

再切片放入盘中.开中火蒸十五分钟后取出倒掉盘子里的气水.(其实豆腐已经是熟的,在乡下时就没有这一步,现在是市场买来的,蒸一下放心)

有点像成都的麻婆豆腐,不过麻婆豆腐还要加豆瓣,并且要把豆腐也放锅里炒下,这样豆腐会更入味。I1Yc+zi0N5m2j"W
不过我老炒不好,总是把豆腐弄散了。
