1.花蛤洗净,放入容器,加盐、油,再放入冰箱。

2.锅中放油烧至6成热,放入姜片、葱段暴香,倒入花蛤(原来泡花蛤的水要倒去),放盐,翻炒至花蛤的壳全部开启,立即盛入盘中。
